Rice-Flour Crispy Chicken

This recipe uses rice flour and cornstarch for a light brittle crust. Check every packaged ingredient if you are avoiding a specific allergen.

Chicken safety: Keep raw chicken refrigerated, avoid cross-contamination, and verify at least 165°F / 73.9°C internally with a food thermometer. Deep frying uses very hot oil; follow suitable equipment safety guidance and do not leave frying unattended.
