Ginger-Soy Crispy Chicken Bites

A short ginger-soy marinade and starch coating create crisp, savory bites.

Chicken safety: Keep raw chicken refrigerated, avoid cross-contamination, and verify at least 165°F / 73.9°C internally with a food thermometer. Deep frying uses very hot oil; follow suitable equipment safety guidance and do not leave frying unattended.
