Chicken Tenders Guide
Chicken tenders are useful for small batches and quick meals because they cook much faster than bone-in chicken.
Food-safety note: Keep raw chicken separate from ready-to-eat foods, marinate under refrigeration, and cook poultry to at least 165°F / 73.9°C as measured with a food thermometer. Hot-oil frying requires careful adult handling and suitable equipment.

Uniform strips
Similar thickness makes doneness easier to judge and reduces the chance of dry thin pieces.
Crumb choices
Flour gives a classic crust; panko gives a coarser crunch; cornmeal adds texture.
Check temperature
Even small chicken pieces should reach 165°F / 73.9°C.
