Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich

Thin boneless cutlets cook quickly and make a crisp sandwich without the timing differences of mixed bone-in pieces.

Chicken safety: Keep raw chicken refrigerated, avoid cross-contamination, and verify at least 165°F / 73.9°C internally with a food thermometer. Deep frying uses very hot oil; follow suitable equipment safety guidance and do not leave frying unattended.
